Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and access guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to deter theft, trespassing, and/or policy violations;
Communicate with site contacts, local responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and changes at the location;
Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations per site protocols
