Execute the CARE sales model with each guest and relate how products/services satisfy fitness needs;
Tours potential members through the club and describes facility, equipment, services and amenities aligned to fitness goals;
On-boards new members successfully and assist with all member retention activities to drive club profitability;
Prospecting and lead generation: obtain leads from community and generate internal leads; set appointments and manage leads via Lead Management System;
Provide a best-in-class member experience with friendly greeting/check-in and engagement with fitness offerings
