Key Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 or small group support focused on academic, behavioral, and social growth, guided by school staff.
- Assist students with daily routines, classroom participation, and smooth transitions throughout the day.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with fidelity.
- Provide assistance with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required.
- Help foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.
- Active Alabama RN License.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Compliance with current TB testing requirements per district policies.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed.
- Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to secure them prior to beginning your assignment.
- Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings.
- Familiarity with supporting students who have special needs, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral challenges.
- Additional certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus.
- Strong reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit.
