Teller Retail Banker

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services that benefit customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintaining automated teller machines.
• Use problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining the Woodforest Experience standard.

Branch Banking Retail Banker – Full time, no supervisory responsibilities.

Alabama – Millbrook (AL-MB WM-8067)

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience, OR an Associate's degree with 1 year of such experience, OR a Bachelor's degree.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• Preferred but not required: prior in‑store banking experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

• Full time.

• Little to no overnight travel expected; may occasionally cover nearby branches up to 45 miles.

• Conditions include standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting briefly, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs.
