Exciting Full‑Time Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Millbrook, Alabama!

Main Street Family Care is growing and seeks a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team full‑time. Provide patient‑focused urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. Lead a small team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced urgent care environment.

Use full scope of practice: treat babies, kids, adults, and seniors. Handle a broad range of conditions, including respiratory illnesses, minor procedures, suturing, orthopedics, dermatology, eye problems, EKG interpretation, emergency management, gynecology, occupational medicine, and telemedicine.

Lead your team, guide medical assistants, make clinical decisions using protocols, and serve as a professional role model.

Main Street Clinic

Hours:

Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., Saturday–Sunday 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Rotating schedule with every other weekend. Sample:

• Week 1:
  Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON), Sunday (ON).
• Week 2:
  Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (ON), Thursday (ON), Friday (OFF), Saturday (OFF), Sunday (OFF).

• Diagnose and treat respiratory illnesses such as cold, flu, strep, COVID.
• Perform minor procedures: toenail removal, foreign object removal.
• Suturing, splinting, general orthopedic evaluation.
• Review X-rays (with radiologist review).
• Provide general dermatology, eye, EKG interpretation, emergency management, gynecology care.
• Treat children of all ages.
• Occupational medicine and telemedicine services.

• Family Nurse Practitioner board certification.
• MSN or higher education (new graduate friendly).
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain DOT certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
