Position:
Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International.

• Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees, working closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing photos of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.; physically moving products from stock rooms to store floor.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location:
  Selma, AL (secondary locations: Prattville, AL; Montgomery, AL; Millbrook, AL).
• Schedule availability required:
  Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
