Retail Store Associate

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. They provide customer service, handle cashier duties, maintain the sales floor, assist with pharmacy and other departments, and support opening/closing activities.

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues.
• Giving a warm greeting, maintaining eye contact, and helping locate items.
• Handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Assisting photo and beauty departments and ensuring they remain stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel, including working regular pharmacy shifts.
• Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, and perform visual tasks.
• Consistent eye contact and visual acuity for small details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Anticipated weekly hours: 20. Time type:
Part time. Pay range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
