• Greet customers, run the register, and perform cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program.
• Maintain store appearance and standards inside and outside the store.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Maintain regular and predictable on‑site attendance.
• Accomplish daily tasks with a fun, energetic team.

• Experience selling products to customers.
• Providing excellent customer care.
• Effective communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Ability to perform at a quick pace while having fun.
• Team‑work skills to accomplish daily goals.
• Creative problem‑solving and quick suggestion skills.
• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hand eye coordination; may require climbing a ladder.
