Part‑time retail sales position – immediate hire – the role focuses on wireless services and product promotion within the Walmart store. The sales associate will engage customers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans in the wireless services section.

• Engage with consumers about wireless services, carriers, accessories, and service plans.
• Learn and apply techniques to uncover customer desires and overcome objections.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Welcome customers politely and offer solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and celebrate achievement.
• Work within the store (kiosk) to escort customers to displays, assess needs, and advise on product fit.
• Document and report sales accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk.
• Submit all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Illustrate responsible tracking of activities to Retail Operations as required.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly/weekly basis.
• Ensure customer confidentiality and comply with privacy standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Capability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Average part‑time sales rep earnings: $600–$800 weekly.
Base pay with uncapped commission.
Next‑day pay on‑demand via Daily Pay.
Base pay raise every six months.
