Thegatewaycompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Hamilton Place and Orchard Park apartment community located in Millbrook and Hayneville, Alabama. The successful candidate will perform maintenance duties to uphold and repair the apartment communities and cooperate with management to ensure adherence to quality standards.
This full-time role requires at least two years of verifiable maintenance experience and HVAC certification is preferred. Candidates must also have a valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.
