Your mission
Own the install from truck door to customer walkthrough. Be the craftsperson, the teacher, and the trusted face of quality.
Impact you’ll make
Lead the installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems to exacting standards.
Cut, thread, and connect copper or PVC; complete high- and low-voltage wiring safely and cleanly.
Mentor Install Helpers in the field and shop, sharpening their skills and judgment.
Provide outstanding customer service with clear, empathetic communication.
Manage the physical demands of the job: lift 50+ lbs, bend, and maneuver equipment safely.
Maintain meticulous tool, part, and vehicle organization.
Tackle attics, heights, and tight spaces in heat, cold, and challenging weather.
Comply with appliance standards, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and our service standards.
Take on additional duties as assigned.
What sets you apart1+ years as a residential HVAC Lead Installer with strong hands-on expertise.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
EPA certification.
Advanced diagnostic ability and critical thinking under pressure.
Self-driven, enthusiastic, and committed to top-tier workmanship.
Customer-centric, professional communicator across all organizational levels.
Adaptable, collaborative, and innovative in fast-moving environments.
Physical capabilities
Lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Climb ladders; access attics; navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces; push, carry, pull; use hand tools; perform fine detail work.
Drive between jobs.
Work indoors/outdoors, including attics and crawlspaces.
Stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear in person and by telephone.
Use hands to handle or feel objects/controls; reach with hands and arms.
Routinely stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
Operate in extreme temperatures and adverse weather such as wind, rain, ice, or snow.
