Sr Receptionist

Short Hills, NJ (Onsite)

3 Months (Temp to Hire)

Role Responsibilities
  • Perform typical receptionist duties including answering phones.
  • Respond to emails and greet guests professionally.
  • Book and maintain the conference room schedule.
  • Order food/catering for meetings.
  • Ensure office security by checking in visitors.
  • Handle light administrative tasks, including entering invoices.
  • Perform occasional work within Microsoft Excel.
  • Support the office temporarily to cover for an employee on leave, with potential for conversion based on business needs.
Requirements
  • Present and speak professionally and clearly.
  • Demonstrate strong email and phone etiquette.
  • Possess Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of prior switchboard experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
