What You’ll DoStep into a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where your organization and analytical skills shine:

Coordinate daily operational activities tied to the lead program

Manage both field and administrative tasks to keep workflows on track

Track, maintain, and reconcile data with a high degree of accuracy

Run and analyze reports to support business decisions

Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity

Ensure consistent and effective communication with internal teams and customers

Maintain organized records and documentation for operational transparency

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

Data analysis and reconciliation

Formulas and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Pivot tables and report generation

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks

Solid written and verbal communication skills in English General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and standard office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting operational or program-based workflows

Background in utilities, energy, or a related industry

Customer service or client-facing experience
