Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

The Multifamily Superintendent will lead day-to-day field operations on a large-scale ground-up multifamily redevelopment project in Millburn, NJ, driving execution from framing through project completion. This role requires a highly hands-on leader who thrives in the field, proactively managing subcontractors, schedule, and quality to deliver high-caliber residential projects. Over the past 15+ years, the firm has focused on ground-up multifamily and mixed-use development, consistently delivering thousands of units annually. With an active pipeline across multiple NJ markets, they are currently managing several concurrent projects and expect to maintain that level of activity long-term. Lead daily on-site construction operations Quality Control:
Take ownership of project execution from framing through closeout Schedule Management:
Drive and maintain construction schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved Team Leadership:
Coordinate and manage all subcontractors, vendors, and trades on-site Safety Compliance:
Oversee site safety, quality control, and overall project logistics Active Project:
