Alta Asset Management is a real estate investment and development firm focused on residential construction projects throughout the NYC Metro area.

The Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on residential construction sites. This role ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with company standards.

• Oversee daily construction activities on site
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and to quality standards
• Review plans and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs
• Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
• Identify and resolve field issues in real time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site
• Communicate progress and issues to the project manager

• 3-5 years of residential construction experience
• Experience managing subcontractors and job sites
• Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
