As the Superintendent, you will have complete responsibility for day-to-day field operations on large, ground-up commercial construction projects

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion
• Develop and execute the overall construction strategy with the Project Manager
• Build and maintain detailed short-term and long-term schedules
• Coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel
• Drive production while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety
• Conduct daily site walks and proactively resolve field issues before they impact the schedule
• Plan and coordinate all inspections, testing, deliveries, and major milestones
• Enforce OSHA regulations and DOBCO's safety culture
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to identify conflicts before work begins
• Manage project logistics, site access, crane operations, temporary utilities, and sequencing
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and look-ahead planning sessions
• Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to maintain strong project relationships

• Superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Experience leading ground-up construction projects valued at $20 million minimum.
• Extensive knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
