Icebox is an upscale studio specializing in innovative cold therapy. We service members and guests with athletic recovery, wellness, natural pain management, and beauty using cold therapy. Along with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation offerings, we value and support team members by fostering work‑life balance. Team members assist with studio reception, education of new guests to various cold therapies, membership sales, product sales, and studio cleaning.

Job Type

Full or part‑time hours available. We are open 9-8pm Monday to Thursday and on Sat and Sunday 9-4pm est. Shifts range from 4-8 hours in length and can be customized to meet the needs of the employee in coordination with team needs.

Compensation

Hourly pay rate with commission, incentive and bonus opportunities; unlimited cryotherapy and free monthly facials are also provided to all team members and an employee discount is included for all other services and products.

Responsibilities
  • All team members are expected to deliver an overall excellent customer service experience; educate guests on memberships and products; perform cryotherapy services;
  • manage front desk responsibilities like answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking out clients, and ringing up retail sales;
  • create and foster professional relationships with guests to further personalize their experience;
  • maintain cleanliness of studio and support inventory maintenance, including onsite laundering.
Required Skills and Traits
  • Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual
  • Must be courteous and professional in manner and appearance
  • Must be an energetic, strong team player who is customer service oriented
  • Must demonstrate sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
  • Should be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Education
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience
  • Customer Service in health, fitness or wellness industry: 1 year (Required)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Management: 1 year (Preferred)
