Summary
Design Consultants deliver a luxury in-gallery experience by assessing walk‑in clientele needs and collaborating with RH Interior Design to create curated spaces. They qualify and educate clients on RH design services, manage the client journey from initial contact through product delivery, and work to grow and maintain a strong client base. The role supports gallery visual and quality standards and contributes to achieving fiscal goals.
Responsibilities- Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture/luxury retail preferred
- Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
- People- and relationship-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
