Role Description
This is an incredible opportunity for an Architect with 8 + years experience in Commercial Base Building projects.
Responsibilities include:
overseeing the design, documentation, and coordination of projects from concept to completion; collaborating with clients and project teams; safeguarding design integrity; reviewing submittals; and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. This position requires you to be in the office 5 days a week.
- Expertise in architecture and a solid understanding of building systems and construction methods
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologies
- Experience handling submittals and ensuring adherence to project requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Professional architectural license is preferred
- Proven ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience in commercial base building projects and familiarity with local building codes is highly beneficial
- CA experience
