Pay Range: $90,621.00 - $ per year (New Jersey)

• Learning Experience Design
• Develop a variety of digital and blended learning experiences for audiences across the system
• Understand the unique needs of audiences, choose appropriate instructional strategies, and tailor content accordingly
• Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials, including presentations, guides, job aids, interactive e‑learning, videos, and other media
• Integrate in‑module assessments to measure learning effectiveness and post‑learning assessments to measure application and impact
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders during assessment and design phases to ensure alignment and effectiveness
• Apply feedback and instructional best practices to continuously improve learning content
• Build standards for learning that ensure consistency, efficiency, effectiveness, and quality at scale

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive instructional design experience in corporate training, learning and development, or people teams
• Hands‑on experience designing digital learning with instructional design software

• Expertise in adult learning and its workplace application
• Ability to conduct learning needs assessments
• Deep knowledge of learning design, development, and multichannel delivery
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and other multimedia tools (video, audio, graphics)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
