Overview

We’re building the next-generation fintech platform designed to bridge traditional finance and the future of digital assets — securely, globally, and at scale.

Today’s financial infrastructure hasn’t kept pace with the digitization of assets, evolving investor behavior, or the intelligence layer required for truly personalized financial decision-making. Our platform is built on a regulatory-first foundation, powered by modern trading infrastructure, and enhanced with AI-native tools — designed to meet the needs of tomorrow’s global investor.

About the Role

Tradesk Securities is seeking a seasoned Director of Institutional Equity Sales to lead our institutional distribution strategy across public markets. This senior-level role is responsible for originating and deepening relationships with institutional investors to drive participation in public equity offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, ADRs, SPACs, and block trades.

You’ll work closely with the syndicate and banking teams to drive participation in new issues and help grow our footprint in the capital markets.

Responsibilities
  • Drive investor engagement and execution across public equity deals including IPOs, follow-ons, ADRs, SPACs, and secondary transactions.
  • Originate, grow, and maintain relationships with institutional investors (RIAs, asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices).
  • Distribute ADRs of international issuers to U.S. institutional investors, supporting capital raises and secondary offerings.
  • Provide guidance on ADR structure, trading, and market dynamics, while coordinating with syndicate, trading desks, and depositary banks.
  • Deliver market intelligence and feedback to internal teams on investor appetite and positioning.
  • Support capital raising for select private placements (e.g. PIPEs or pre-IPO rounds) when aligned with investor interest.
  • Represent the firm in deal roadshows, investor meetings, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all sales and distribution activities are compliant with FINRA/SEC regulations and internal procedures.
  • Assist with regulatory requirements and the application process for new FINRA licenses as needed to support the firm’s evolving business lines
Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years of experience in institutional equity sales, with a strong track record in public offerings and ADRs
  • Established network of institutional investors and a demonstrated ability to generate and close deals.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) required;
    Series 24 a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, market acumen, and a client-first mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA is a plus.
Why Join Us
  • Lead a high-impact vertical within a fast-growing broker-dealer platform.
  • Gain access to differentiated deal flow and global issuer relationships.
  • Thrive in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment with meaningful upside tied to performance.
  • Enjoy a competitive base salary and an aggressive, success-driven compensation structure.
