Pay Range: $62,475 - $88,250 per year

Responsible for managing and reviewing productivity and assisting with analysis of productivity data. Provides training to Directors on productivity reports, calculations, and variance explanations. Creates and maintains staffing models for all cost centers. Assists with review and analysis of external benchmarking data. Assists with facility productivity reviews with local leaders and senior teams to summarize issues, provide solutions or research potential solutions.

Responsible for education on annual FTE budget completion with assistance as needed. Reviews and analyzes WHPUOS variances.

• 1-5 years of experience in budgeting/productivity
• Proficient using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Experience in FTE budgeting and staffing models preferred

• Review and provide analysis of productivity variances
• Create and maintain staffing models
• Assist with review and analysis of external benchmarking data
• Provide training to department head leaders on productivity reports, calculations, and variance explanations
• Responsible for FTE budget review, education, and assistance as needed
