We are seeking a highly motivated Loan Operations professional to support the end‑to‑end loan lifecycle across private and liquid credit. The role manages processes from origination through primary and secondary market activity and plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence within a rapidly growing lending platform.

• Perform daily reconciliations of cash and positions for debt and equity investments across Blue Owl BDCs, private funds, asset‑backed SPVs, CLOs, and corporate revolvers.
• Prepare time‑sensitive funding memos for direct fundings, borrowings, and other cash settlements.
• Proactively manage and drive settlements with counter parties and agents, ensuring timely closings via Clear Par or manual settlement processes.
• Support corporate actions and amendments through Lend Amend and other applicable platforms.
• Process restructurings within WSO and coordinate with custodians to ensure alignment of accounting records.
• Coordinate assignments, participations, and private debt investments across BDCs, private funds, CLOs, and SPVs, in partnership with the SPV and Accounting teams.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding investment activity.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date investment records in WSO, particularly during month‑end and quarter‑end periods.
• Provide documentation support for auditors and valuation teams.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies related to trades, paydowns, and accruals.
• Collaborate closely with offshore partners to ensure workflows are completed accurately and on time.

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on loan operations.
• Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes and investment operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

The base annual salary range for this New Jersey‑based position is $105,000 to $110,000. Actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and team performance.
