Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will provide accounting and administrative support in all phases for the Controller, and coordinate ad hoc projects as assigned.

HYBRID work flexibility.

• Preparing and posting monthly journal entries
• Monthly balance sheet and subledger reconciliations
• Completing assigned bank account reconciliations to G/L
• Assist with annual year-end audit
• Work closely with the Controller and cross-functional teams and assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecast
• Ensure strong business controls and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly invoicing for assigned contracts
• Prepare daily cash position reports and support monthly cash flow forecast
• Support preparation of year-end financial requirements

• Proficient in MS Office with excellent Excel skills

• 3-6 years of corporate finance experience or public accounting experience
• Strong and Excel a must…Quick Books a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required
