Staff Accountant (CN) Millburn, NJ (Hybrid)

The Staff Accountant will provide accounting and administrative support in all phases for the Controller, and coordinate ad hoc projects as assigned. Hybrid work flexibility.

• Preparing and posting monthly journal entries.
• Monthly balance sheet and subledger reconciliations.
• Completing assigned bank account reconciliations to GL.
• Assist with annual year-end audits.
• Work closely with the Controller and cross‑functional teams and assist with ad‑hoc reporting and special projects.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure strong business controls and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly invoicing for assigned contracts.
• Prepare daily cash position reports and support monthly cash flow forecasting.
• Support preparation of year‑end financial requirements.

• Proficient in MS Office with excellent Excel skills.
• Strong and Excel a must…Quick Books a plus.

• 3-6 years of corporate finance experience or public accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required.
