As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based at our Millburn, NJ location.

• Consult on investment and insurance strategies, and develop financial plans for clients.
• Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking.
• Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients, and present solutions.
• Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities.
• Meet regularly with branch manager and internal partners to review business results and pipeline management, and meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Managing Risk – Assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) required. Life and Health Insurance required.

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $75,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
