Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and reliable individual who is committed to providing excellent care to our clients. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their overall well‑being.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) from the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Valid CPR certification (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and with direction.
- Exceptional personal hygiene and respectful bedside manner.
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping.
- Demonstrated experience in providing home healthcare services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
