Position: Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle Operations & Growth

The Senior Vice President (SVP), Revenue Cycle Operations & Growth is a strategic and operational leader responsible for optimizing end-to-end revenue cycle performance while driving scalable growth across the organization.

This role oversees all revenue cycle functions and serves as a key executive partner in expanding services, improving margins, strengthening client relationships, and supporting enterprise growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Revenue Cycle Leadership & Operations
  • Provide executive oversight of the non-clinical revenue cycle operations including call center, preauthorization and credentialing, etc.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure optimal cash flow, reduced DNFB, minimized denials, and improved net revenue realization.
  • Drive standardization, scalability, and best practices across all non-clinical revenue cycle teams and service lines.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, payer, and regulatory requirements (CMS, HIPAA, OIG, etc.).
Growth & Strategic Expansion
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies for revenue cycle services and solutions.
  • Support new client acquisition by contributing operational expertise to sales pursuits, RFPs, and client presentations.
  • Lead operational due diligence, onboarding, and integration for new clients and service expansions.
  • Identify opportunities for service line expansion, automation, technology enablement, and margin improvement.
Financial Performance & Analytics
  • Own non-clinical revenue cycle financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization.
  • Translate operational data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Finance to improve revenue predictability, reporting accuracy, and financial outcomes.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership.
  • Present regularly to executive leadership, boards, and external stakeholders.
People & Culture Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of revenue cycle leaders and managers.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client-focused service delivery.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and workforce scalability to support growth.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
  • Demonstrated executive-level responsibility for large-scale revenue cycle operations.
  • Proven experience driving operational transformation and financial improvement.
  • Strong understanding of payer rules, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare services, consulting, or outsourced revenue cycle environment.
  • Track record of supporting growth initiatives, client expansion, or new service launches.
  • Experience leading multi-site, remote, or distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle technologies, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
