Job Summary
12hrs/wk; 3-7 pm, 3 days a week:
Thursday plus either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for the other two days.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry.
- Provide verbal cues for activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Attend outpatient program 5 days a week and coordinate transportation—get client off the bus after program.
Client has a dog and requires assistance with daily care activities.
