Located across the street from The Mall at Short Hills, the Hilton Short Hills features locally sourced food, an outdoor terrace and lounge, tennis courts and an indoor/outdoor pool to offer a memorable and enjoyable experience to our guests.
We are looking for our next best team member to join our Banquet team.

Here is what you will be doing:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an event space doing set-up, break-down, turning and servicing of rooms.
- Schedule availability to include weekends and evenings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read diagrams and Banquet Event Orders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A positive attitude towards providing exceptional guest service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for our hospitality and guest service.
- Team Player:
Works well as a member of a group.
