Pay Range: $68,724.00 - $97,073.00 per year

Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, HR Process & Change Management, will be a key contributor to the HR Performance Improvement team, focusing on optimizing HR processes and ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives through effective change management strategies. This role operates with high autonomy, leading complex analytical projects, identifying process bottlenecks, and providing informal leadership and mentorship to other team members. It will play a key role in the development and maintenance of an HR Service Delivery Playbook that serves as the source of truth for standardized HR workflows and process improvements.

It will also leverage advanced analytics to translate data into operational improvements for the HR team. The incumbent will manage complex projects or processes and analyze problems/issues of diverse scope. The role acts as a change agent for major process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis & Design:
    Conduct detailed analysis of current HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition lifecycle), identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state processes.
  • Process Improvement Methodologies:
    Apply Lean principles and other methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance HR service delivery.
  • Performance Dashboards:
    Design and maintain automated dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) that track KPIs relevant to continuous learning and performance improvement.
  • Working Group Facilitation:
    Support the Director in establishing and facilitating working groups for process redesign initiatives, gathering input and driving consensus among stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Liaison:
    Act as liaison between the HR Performance Improvement team and other business functions to gather requirements and facilitate information flow.
  • Change Management Support:
    Develop and deploy change management plans, including communication strategies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Influence & Adoption:
    Demonstrate ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new standardized workflows and analytics tools.
  • Playbook Documentation:
    Assist in the development of the HR service delivery playbook, documenting new processes, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Process Accuracy & Alignment:
    Review and ensure all processes are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with the HR operating model.
  • Standardization & Continuous Improvement:
    Refine the HRSD playbook based on data-driven feedback and evolving business needs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Project Support:
    Provide project management support for HR transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
  • Informal Leadership & Mentorship:
    Serve as a point of contact for escalations, helping the team navigate data discrepancies or complex integration issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or change management, preferably in an HR context.
  • Proven experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a clear vision of change management concepts and practices.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels within the organization.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
