Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will manage a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support strategic HR initiatives that drive our company forward.
ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Hiring
- Review resumes and screen candidates
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Prepare employee paperwork and maintain personnel files
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and requests
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts
- Coordinate employee benefits including:
- Health insurance
- 401(k) enrollment and support
- PTO administration
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee communication
- Coordinate ongoing employee training and development
- Help maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Support performance review and evaluation processes
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews
- Assist managers throughout the hiring process
- Create and post job advertisements
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate communication
- Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration
- 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and HR/recruiting software
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Experience in title insurance, escrow, mortgage, or real estate industries is a plus!
- HR certification is a plus!

Pay: $49,000.00 - $68,676.73 per year
