Your mission will be to deliver tailored configurations that integrate seamlessly into the customer’s business environment, driving measurable impact and long-term success.

Dive deep into operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity. Translate business challenges into actionable Binocs solutions that align with the customer’s goals.
  • Engage and Educate Client Stakeholders: Conduct workshops to align diverse client teams on project objectives and priorities. Clearly communicate project plans, design choices, and implementation risks to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Design and Configure Solutions: Collaborate with the Solution Team to brainstorm and implement optimal Binocs designs. Perform hands‑on configuration, adapting Binocs to complex customer requirements. Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high‑quality deployments.
  • Facilitate Change Management: Lead customer teams through onboarding and adoption processes, ensuring they can maximize Binocs’ potential in day‑to‑day operations. Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable self‑sufficient teams. Gather feedback to improve implementations and contribute to product innovation. Proactively identify areas where Binocs can provide additional value.
