Operations Support, IT​/Tech

A telecom consulting start-up is looking for a committed operations executive to join the growth story. Flexible work hours (6‑8 hours a day) anytime between 8 am to 8 pm. On‑the‑job training for the initial 4 months to understand the job role before entering into a long‑term employment agreement. May need to work at a second location 4 miles away for some days depending on work requirements.

The job role would include support to the sales and operations team.

• Analytical thinking
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Familiar with AI tools
• Excellent communication skills to take calls from customers and partners

Looking at capabilities over qualifications. Be prepared for 3 rounds of interviews. Those not meeting the basic requirement won’t be called for the second round.

Base salary, with perks and incentives for the first 4 months of on‑the‑job training. Then the offer will be based on the value you add and the promise you show, as we grow together.

Salary: $16 – $21 hourly
