A leading international AmLaw firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Employment & Labor practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with employment litigation and counseling experience to work directly with clients, collaborate closely with partners, and play a key role in sophisticated employment matters. The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team known for its practical, business-focused advice and strong litigation capabilities.

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
2–6 years of substantive experience in employment law, including litigation and counseling matters
Experience handling and managing employment litigation matters and providing employment advice and counsel
Strong knowledge of employment law and human resources-related issues
Experience drafting and reviewing employment agreements, employee handbooks, policies, severance agreements, and related employment documents
Experience with employment litigation, including single-plaintiff claims, class actions, wage and hour matters, ERISA disputes, and administrative proceedings
Trial experience at any level is a plus

Excellent interpersonal, networking, and business development skills and collaborative mindset and appreciation for teamwork
- Soft Skills:
Exceptional research, writing, analytical, communication, and oral advocacy skills are a must. Ability to thrive both as a team contributor and when working autonomously.
- Provide day-to-day employment and human resources counseling to clients
- Review, analyze, and draft employment agreements, employee handbooks, workplace policies, severance agreements, and related employment documentation
- Handle employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, ERISA claims, wage and hour class actions, and administrative charges
- Take and defend depositions, manage written discovery, draft and argue motions, and examine witnesses at trial
- Advise clients on sensitive personnel matters and assist with policy development, review, and implementation
- Support traditional labor matters and proceedings involving the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
- Conduct employment-related due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, including reviewing employment provisions in asset and stock purchase agreements
- Play a key role in developing litigation strategy and case management
- Conduct and support internal investigations
- Assist the team with additional employment and labor matters as needed

Compensation& Benefits
Highly Competitive Salary: $225,000 – $345,000, commensurate with experience.
