Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience
• Delivers a seamless, omni-channel shopping and event experience
• Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations
• Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement
• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Sustains daily operating standards by assessing sales forecasting

• Collaborates effectively to execute shipment processing
• Engages employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue
• Stays current and responds to interoffice communication

• Love for the FP brand
• 1+ years store leadership experience
• Experience being a team player
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
