Market Research, Marketing Strategy
Doceree is the world's only AI-powered Operating System for healthcare marketing. We aim to be a catalyst for change, improving healthcare by enabling more meaningful interactions with HCPs. Our patented AI brings deeper context to every HCP touchpoint-understanding who HCPs are, what they're exploring, how they engage, and when they make decisions, all in a privacy-compliant way. With this enriched context, every message becomes clearer, more relevant, and more likely to drive better healthcare outcomes.
In our journey of 5 years, we have earned four patents for innovation and even won a Silver award at the Cannes Lions, one of the world's top advertising honors. Over the years, we've also had the opportunity to work with 115+ pharma companies and collaborate with 30+ media publications, 150+ EHR platforms, 2,000+ publisher networks, and 35+ hospitals and health systems.
Our ecosystem connects us with more than 6 million verified doctors worldwide. Today, Doceree operates across 25+ countries, with teams based in New Jersey, London, and India.
Technology can connect the fragmented healthcare ecosystem to deliver information when it is most needed to improve patients' outcomes. We are expanding our footprints across the globe and enhancing our services, offering, and developing new products and solutions to address the unmet needs of industry.
Purpose of the JobAs the first hire into Doceree's innovation function, you will be the right hand to the Chief Innovation Officer and a senior, versatile force across the full innovation remit. You will turn our proprietary intelligence into credible, evidence-led thought leadership, own and drive cross-functional initiatives, and help invent the next generation of solutions for pharma commercialization. This is a broad, hands-on role for an experienced operator who thrives across research, content, program management, and co-creation in equal measure, and who can represent the innovation function credibly with senior internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Thought leadership & content - lead the creation and shaping of thought leadership across formats (flagship reports, planner and enablement guides, Innovation Day content, points of view), turning data and strategy into clear, on-brand, citable artifacts.
- Research & evidence - own the sourcing, validation, and integrity of the data and benchmarks that give our thought leadership authority, with no unsourced claims in a regulated, MLR-governed environment.
- Measurement & rigor - help drive the Grounded Intelligence Standard and related evaluation work, partnering with our AI and Product teams to keep methodology rigorous, transparent, and defensible.
- Program management & execution - own the delivery of cross-functional initiatives end to end, managing timelines, dependencies, and follow-through across Marketing, Enablement, GTM, Strategy, and Product.
- Co-creation of new solutions - help lead the ideation and prototyping of new innovation concepts, shaping and pressure-testing them, not just documenting them.
- Representation & convening - represent the innovation function alongside, and at times on behalf of, the CINO at Innovation Days and partner sessions, and help convene external technical and industry partners.
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, strategy consulting, agency innovation or planning, or research and insights, ideally with exposure to healthcare, pharma, or adtech.
- A track record of operating with autonomy and owning work streams end to end, including representing a function or leader to senior internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong writer and synthesizer who can turn complex material into clear, compelling narrative.
- Demonstrated research rigor and comfort working with data; you instinctively source claims and distrust a number without provenance.
- Proven program- or project-management discipline, with a track record of getting cross-functional work over the line.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and self-direction across a broad remit, and confident setting direction where none yet exists.
- Familiarity with a regulated, MLR-governed marketing environment, or the ability to learn one quickly.
- Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
- Nice to have: measurement or evaluation experience, an existing pharma or agency network, or design and prototyping fluency.
- Versatility - comfortable ranging across research, content,…
