Summary
Commission Sales Associate responsible for selling men's merchandise on the retail floor, building client relationships, and delivering personalized customer service. Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers to understand needs and recommend merchandise.
- Drive sales and achieve individual commission goals through proactive selling.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and outreach.
- Maintain merchandise presentation, stock levels, and a tidy sales floor.
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in men's apparel or commission-driven roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling merchandise.
