Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate position located in Short Hills, NJ. As a Sales Associate, you will focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience by assisting clients with product selection and offering tailored recommendations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining an inviting and organized store environment, executing merchandising strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Building strong, lasting relationships with customers and providing expert knowledge about Pottery Barn products will also be essential to your role.

• Customer service and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and deliver a positive shopping experience
• Sales and relationship-building skills to meet sales targets and develop customer loyalty
• Basic visual merchandising abilities and attention to detail to maintain product presentation standards
• Organizational and time-management skills for managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals and uphold store standards
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, but not required
