• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools such as text and social media
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in the rewards program
• Maintain a customer‑ready counter through organization, cleanliness, and product merchandising

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current beauty trends
• Proven ability to connect with customers, handle concerns with empathy, and build loyalty
• Results‑oriented with experience or interest in commissioned sales and digital selling tools
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and ability to stand and move continuously; lift up to 25 pounds
