Summary
The Team Lead at the Short Hills store supports the Store Director and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the sales team, driving business results, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role acts as a brand ambassador, helping to build client relationships and championing product knowledge to maintain the store's market position.
Responsibilities- Support Store Director and Team Managers in team mentorship and development
- Drive sales through proactive client engagement and expert product recommendations
- Manage selling floor activities and assist with daily store operations
- Champion a product category and stay informed on market trends
- Provide hands‑on team support to deliver a high level of client service
- Client‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to mentor and develop retail sales teams
- Demonstrated sales orientation and commercial awareness in a retail environment
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to identify client needs based on profiles and trends
