Summary
Cosmetics Beauty Advisor providing expert product knowledge and personalized consultations at a retail cosmetics counter in Short Hills, NJ. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a polished brand presentation. Responsibilities- Provide personalized skin care and makeup consultations and product demonstrations.
- Drive sales and meet individual and counter performance goals.

- Support sampling, promotional events, and basic inventory tasks.
- Previous retail cosmetics or beauty advisory experience, typically 1+ years.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
