Part Time Client Advisor - Short Hills

Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets in the Bloomingdale's Short Hills women's shop. This part-time role focuses on building and managing client relationships while maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards. The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, and participation in store events and projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications.
• Ensure the highest standards of client service and maintain the selling floor and merchandise presentation.
• Adhere to store and company procedures and visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in special events, sample sales, physical inventory, and other store projects as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment selling high-end goods and providing clientele-oriented sales service.
• Availability for open scheduling in a 7-day-a-week retail operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain merchandising and operational standards.
