ANINE BING is looking for a Part Time
Sales Advisor/ Stylist to join our store located in Short Hills.

The Sales Advisor (Stylist) is the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING. The role works with an in‑store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service experience.

The ideal candidate is eager to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves to work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals.

• Provide best‑in‑class service to customers, on their terms, in store and digitally.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build styling expertise.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and drive sales through personal client outreach.
• Be comfortable selling in‑store and virtually using technology.
• Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space.
• Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising.

• 1‑3 years of fashion, styling or retail sales experience.
• Experience in personal styling within a goal‑driven environment.
• Ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Positive, engaging energy for the workplace.
• Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and product.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and retail holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; operate POS systems; meet other physical demands.

Target compensation is $20‑$22 per hour, including eligibility for a generous commission structure.
