We are seeking a Luxury Watch Manager in one of our boutiques in the Short Hills Mall, New Jersey.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate passion and show extensive knowledge of luxury timepieces and high end watch brands.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service, with ability to lead the client through the buying process.
  • Communicate an execute hospitality initiatives, leading by example to foster a warm, welcoming and engaging shopping experience
  • Acts as motivating mentor of employees and provides training when appropriate
  • Drive sales through engagement of clients with storytelling of the brand history, sharing product knowledge, suggestive selling and consistent follow up and outreach.
  • Acquire client contact information utilizing the CRM system to build an on-going relationship and elevate the luxury discovery journey
  • Helps to plan and organize special store events
  • Ensure the visual presentation of the watches is consistent with the luxury image of the brand
  • Perform with teamwork and work professionally with fellow sales associates and management.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Previous luxury store or department management experience
  • Proficient in solving customer service issues quickly and adept with addressing special customer requests.
  • Prior experience mentoring and leading a specialized retail team.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with inventory technology programs, POS systems and CRM.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with luxury watch brands preferred.
