The Store Manager will fully immerse yourself in the Pandora brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will spend quality time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and work alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

- Exceed commercial targets and KPI expectations, setting new records and achieving remarkable success.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
- Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for performance and providing real‑time feedback to empower the team in achieving KPI goals.
- Build and nurture fan relationships by creating authentic connections beyond transactions.
- Recruit, hire, and retain talented team members across Assistant Store Manager, Sales Lead, and Sales Associate positions.
- Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated results‑oriented leadership with 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, capable of delivering positive results.
- Proven talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; experience with succession planning and internal mobility.
- Proficiency with general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
