• Fully immerse in brand culture, product knowledge, and delivering outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Coach and manage a team including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Drive sales by building genuine connections with customers and creating unforgettable shopping moments.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving KPI goals and store performance.
• Cultivate loyal customers and authentic brand engagement beyond transactional interactions.
• Recruit, retain, and develop talent, including seasonal and core hires (Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, Sales Associates).
• Collaborate with Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
• Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operations, and ongoing talent development.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment; results-oriented leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care in interactions.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and charm an audience.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking capable of delivering positive results.
• Talent magnet with recruitment, retention, and development skills; succession planning and internal mobility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems.
• Minimum age 18 and ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
