About the TeamThe Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products while taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the exciting opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and work alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

- Recruit and retain top talent across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Associates.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Lead talent, brand, operations, and fan experience initiatives, ensuring timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach.
- Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
- Talent‑magnet qualities: recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, along with succession planning and internal mobility.
- Proficiency with general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- Minimum age of 18 years with proof of identification and eligibility to work.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
