The Retail Sales Consultant, Part Time, is a customer-facing role based on-site in Short Hills, NJ. In this full-time position, the consultant engages with shoppers to understand their needs, present Swarovski products, and provide personalized recommendations that reflect the brand’s standards of quality and style. Daily responsibilities include welcoming customers, delivering exceptional service, maintaining visual merchandising and stock presentation, processing sales and returns, and ensuring accurate cash handling and POS transactions.

The role also involves contributing to store sales targets, supporting promotional activities, and upholding Swarovski’s values of inclusivity, sustainability, and respect in all interactions. The consultant collaborates with the store team to create a memorable in-store experience that promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales Consulting skills, with the ability to drive revenue and meet store targets.
• Excellent Customer Experience and Customer Service skills to create a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive environment.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build relationships, handle feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team and interact with a wide range of customers.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills, and comfort using point-of-sale systems and retail technology.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, jewelry, or luxury goods is preferred but not required.
