Seasonal Sales Support Associate - Short Hills

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides front- and back-of-house support in a luxury boutique during the holiday season. The role supports the sales team and helps deliver a high standard of client service.

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and aligned with merchandise standards.
• Assist with client service, concierge, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain active records.

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
